Role of SkillsNET Corporation

SkillsNET Corporation was involved in the initial start up of the Foundation. The SkillsNET Corporation gave the Foundation license to select proprietary applications developed by the corporation to fulfill its mission and vision. However; the Foundation Board is not influenced by the Corporation and the Corporation does not benefit in any way through the transactions of the Foundation.  The technology tools and the human capital of SkillsNET Corporation are made available to the Foundation to allow the Foundation to accomplish its mission.
