SkillsPASS™ translates the information contained in resumes, job descriptions, and other sources of labor market information into skills profiles using an industry-validated skills library. The tool performs an analysis to match an individual’s knowledge, skills, and abilities to employer job skill requirements. Reports generated by the tool show where an individual meets a job opportunity and where there are gaps they need to address.

This tool is intended for use by educators, employers, industry associations, researchers, and workforce or social service agencies.
